All changes in tickets: return, transfer of departure / arrival date, upgrade, is carried out exclusively by our employees.
For all airlines, the rules for returning and rebooking airline tickets are different and therefore the size of penalties is different. Therefore, before you book and buy a ticket, read the terms of the fare yourself on the website, or call our agents and they will be happy to advise you.

How to refund tickets purchased on avion.kz
To make a return of purchased tickets, you can contact our office by phone: +7 (727) 341-07-07, +7 (705) 555-84-44, write to us at agents@avion.kz or fill out an application on the page . Ticket returns are made daily from 09:00 to 21:00.
If you bought a ticket at one of our offices for cash, you need to go to the office where the ticket was issued.
If you are not sure about your plans and don’t know if you can fly on a specified date, consult with an agent which booking class is best to avoid in order to avoid large penalties when returning.
